The Aston Martin DBS is a luxury vehicle produced by British car manufacturer Aston Martin between the years of 1967 and 1972.

The DBS has featured in James Bond films such as On Her Majesty’s Secret Service and Diamonds are Forever, and also in the popular 1970s hit TV show The Persuaders.

Aston Martin intended to produce a car with a more “modern” look than the previous series of models. The new DBS bodywork included a fastback style rear end and a squared off front grille. These features were uncharacteristic of Astons at the time but incredibly on trend in automotive design of the late sixties.

The DBS has a larger coupe than the DB6 model, has four full sized seats and is powered by a same 4-litre engine as the previous version.
